Forex Made Easy

I have just converted a website bought on Ebay to my own. Its called http://www.ForexVideoTraining.com Evan though I re-designed the site with banners etc, I am very nervous about actually trading myself. All the bumph on the site says it is recession proof and you can make a lot of money.

I need to find the live feed data for the forex markets, along with the DOW and Nasdaq, if anyone knows where this information comes from, please let me know, trying to make some software.
